Luxury Spa Experience

My experience at Paradisus Palma Real was mixed. While the service was exceptional and the beach was beautiful, the room conditions were disappointing and my overall stay was affected by cleanliness issues. The dining options were varied, but not all were up to par. The staff went above and beyond to provide great service, making my time at the resort enjoyable despite the cons.

I had a fantastic time at this all-inclusive resort. The beach was beautiful, and I enjoyed having easy access to chairs and pools. Jendry de Luna provided excellent service at the beach, making our experience even better. However, I faced some frustrations with restaurant reservations, particularly at Sal's where the service was slow and food was mediocre. Overall, the hotel had many redeeming features, but dining experiences could be improved.
